RAWHIDE

Work In Progress August 9, 2026 at San Francisco Aerial Arts Festival at Fort Mason Center for the Arts

RAWHIDE is a performance mixtape of racial solidarity, trans resistance, Black queerness, and immense grief. Co-directed and performed by Clarissa Rivera Dyas and B Dean, the pair explore metamorphosis as survival strategy amidst a hot box of contemporary crises—blending aerial dance, queer improvisation, and dance theater to inhabit suspension's contradictions and lift perspectives skyward.
